Orders that are requested with the delivery service can only be accepted in writing, so we ask for an e-mail order in which you provide the following data:
what kind of pellets and in what quantity do you want to order,
delivery and billing address,
phone number (on which the carrier company can notify you of a more accurate time on the day of delivery).
In the absence of the above information, unfortunately, we are unable to process the order.
If you send a written order with all the information (type of pellet, quantity to be ordered, phone number, delivery and billing address), our company will respond to it no later than the following business day and send you the proforma invoice and important information on the terms of delivery. Based on the proforma invoice, you can transfer the required amount. We will deliver the goods within 2-3 business days from the confirmation of the transfer.
For the time being, there is no possibility of cash on delivery, we can deliver the pellets with advance payment.
Our company undertakes delivery throughout the entire area of Hungary, subject to the condition that we can offload the goods only on a solid road surface and that a 12-ton car with a platform lift can drive into your street. Further information can be found in the service/delivery menu.
Our pine pellets are ENplus A1 certified, we use only barked spruce sawdust, while our mixed pellets are made of a mixture of pine and poplar sawdust of quality corresponding to A2, its ash content may be higher.
Basically, for a practical User, it is the quality the Manufacturer prescribes for his/her heater which is important. There is a significant difference, the ash content:
For quality A1 it is 0-0.70 m%;
For quality A2 it is 0.70 – 1.7 m%;
If you want to pick up the pellets at our site in Cegléd, you can choose the pre-transfer option or even the cash and credit card payment method on-site.
At our site at 22 Cegléd, Kosárhegyi Rd, the produced pellets can be picked up every Monday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

In general, pellet burners with movable grate design can operate efficiently with both A1 and A2/mixed pellets. In several cases, it is also possible to choose the quality in the setup parameters. Nevertheless, a trial burn is recommended before long-term use of A2 quality.

If the description is not available for some reason, the following generalizations must be considered:
Fireplaces — almost all — are basically designed for A1 quality.
For boilers and stoves — if they have a fixed grate or have a sliding system — we recommend A1 quality. In many cases it is so even if the manufacturer’s description indicates the recommendation of A2 quality. This is because, in many cases, Manufacturers intend to perform ash removal by increasing the fan speed during the ash removal cycle. However, the higher ash content of A2 quality cannot always be removed in this way from the burner head and this can cause malfunctions.
